Please note that each item is created for the individual customer when orders are received, which is why shipping may take longer than standard delivery times.

However, please note that your order delivery time may vary between 5 to 22 business days, as each item is created specifically for individual customers, and our approach is personal, exceptional pieces.

While we try our best to ensure your order delivery is as quick as possible, there may be unforeseeable factors that could impact delivery times beyond our control. We are committed to keeping you informed of any delays or issues that may arise with your order.

Please note that we are exclusively delivering within the United Kingdom at this time.

Returns Information:

We strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our merchandise. However, in the rare event that you receive an order that does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Our policy allows our customers 14 days to notify us of any items they wish to return and request a refund or an exchange. Please note that the fourteen-day period begins from the day you receive your order.

To begin the return process, please email our customer support team or by using our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will assist you with the process. Please ensure items are returned unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process the refund/exchange.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable. The returns process generally takes 7-10 days after we have received your item(s).

We recommend that you choose a tracked shipping option when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item(s) if we do not receive them. Additionally, if returned merchandise is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange.

At this time, we only accept returns for orders within the United Kingdom.

If you wish to exchange a product please use the Contact Us page or email us to indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned product, our team will send you the new product.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will be in stock. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund in place of the exchange.
